About this role

Deine Aufgaben Du setzt globale Compliance-Management-Systeme (CMS) sowie Schulungskonzepte lokal um und entwickelst diese eigenverantwortlich weiter. Mit deiner Expertise im Bereich Trade Compliance stellst du die Einhaltung internationaler Sanktionsregulierungen (z. B. EU, US/OFAC) sicher und führst strukturierte Due-Diligence-Prüfungen bei Geschäftspartnern durch. Du verhandelst rechtssichere Klauseln zu Anti-Korruption sowie Geldwäsche (AML) und gestaltest kommerzielle Verträge mit einem starken Fokus auf Gewerbemietverträge (Lease Agreements) für Hotelstandorte. Du führst regelmäßige Risk-Assessments durch und steuerst das Monitoring & Reporting an den Group Compliance Director (u. a. in 'Monthly Compliance Calls').…
