Deine Aufgaben Als Team Lead Accounting & Closing (m/w/d) bist du das Rückgrat unserer Finanzorganisation. Du verwaltest nicht nur Zahlen, sondern leitest ein starkes Team und stellst sicher, dass unsere Bilanzqualität höchsten internationalen Standards entspricht. Team-Leadership: Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung deines Teams (Hauptbuchhaltung & Kreditoren). Du bist Mentor, Motivator und treibst die Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung aktiv voran. Abschlusssicherheit & Reporting: Du verantwortest die Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach IFRS und HGB. Dabei steuerst du das Konzernreporting an unsere Muttergesellschaft und garantierst Termintreue sowie höchste Datenqualität. Prozessarchitektur: Du gibst dich nicht mit dem Status Quo zufrieden.…
