Healthy Careers Start Here The Patient Service Coordinator ensures a positive, efficient patient experience at the BlueHealth Baptist Care Center. Responsibilities include greeting patients in a courteous manner, patient scheduling, and ensuring patient and Care Center readiness prior to appointment, to include insurance verification and collection of all necessary releases. The incumbent is accountable for providing quality service to patients in support of the Care Center’s commitment to the patient’s holistic health journey.
