About this role

Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We are seeking a Quality Assurance Practice Lead to join our Auckland team, providing strategic leadership for quality assurance, testing governance and quality engineering practices across Beca's core Enterprise Applications, including Oracle Fusion, Workday, Dynamics, integrated platforms such as our travel system, and custom developed solutions. You will be accountable for defining and embedding enterprise-wide quality assurance strategies, frameworks, standards and governance that support the successful delivery of technology initiatives and business outcomes. You will lead quality assurance across the full software delivery lifecycle, ensuring quality is proactively built into solutions and releases rather than validated at the end of delivery.…
