Key Purpose of the Role The primary purpose of this position is to: Lead the delivery of civil engineering design packages across multiple projects. Provide technical guidance and project leadership to the Bangkok civil engineering team. Build and strengthen the technical capability of local engineers through mentoring, coaching, and structured development. Support the growth of the Bangkok office as a high-performing workshare delivery centre for Australia and New Zealand. Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standards of quality, programme, and budget.
