About this role
職務概要 WISE 是研華基於 AI 與物聯網（AIoT）應用所發展的標準化軟體框架與應用平台，涵蓋： 軟體開發框架（SDK / API / Container） 低代碼物聯網應用工具 Solution Ready Package (SRP) Edge-to-Cloud 數據整合與 AI 分析平台 透過整合邊緣設備、雲端服務與 AI 模型，協助客戶快速建構跨垂直產業的 AIoT 應用。 WISE技術支援工程師主管；職務負責領導 WISE 技術整合支援團隊，作為： 商務推廣階段的技術顧問與 Pre-Sales 支持核心 產品落地階段的架構整合與技術把關角色 產品售後支持與平台穩定運維的技術負責人 並協助建立可規模化的技術支持體系與生態合作模式。 主要工作內容 一、技術推廣與商務協作（ Pre-Sales Enablement ） 主導產品技術方案說明與架構設計，協助商務推廣與機會評估 參與重大專案技術評估、POC規劃與可行性驗證 協助支援技術工作坊、展覽、線上研討會與解決方案示範 建立與培養 Domain SI / Platform SI / ISV 技術夥伴生態 二、系統整合與平台架構支持 協助客戶規劃 Edge-to-Cloud 架構設計與部署策略 低代碼平台與 SDK 整合測試驗證與技術問題分析 跨系統整合（設備 / API / Database / 雲端服務）建議 Kubernetes , Docker等多平台環境部署、容器化架構支持與問題排除 三、產品售後與運維支持 主導技術支持流程與 SLA 管理 Ticket 分析、問題根因追蹤與跨部門協作 自建平台環境穩定運作與故障排除 建立技術文件、操作手冊與知識庫系統 四、 團隊與體系建設 管理與培養技術支援工程師團隊 建立技術支持分級制度（L1/L2/L3 能力模型） 推動技術標準化、架構最佳實踐（Best Practi…
