This includes effective consultation regarding employee and labor relations, performance management, recruitment, talent development, culture and engagement, compliance, leave management, and other HR-related activities. Essential Duties : Support employee and labor relations, performance management, and policy interpretation activities. Fosters a positive work environment, champions employee engagement activities, and provides day-to-day coaching to plant personnel.
