About this role
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Collection Specialist – Dutch Speaker to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with customers, managing overdue accounts, and negotiating sustainable repayment plans. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their situations, provide tailored repayment options, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the collections process. Your Focus: Initiate and manage outbound phone calls, chats, and emails with customers regarding overdue payments. Build rapport with customers while professionally discussing outstanding balances.
