Summary Job Description: Baptist Health is looking for a Financial Operations Analyst II to join our team in Lexington, KY! Under the supervision of the Director Financial Operations of assigned Market(s), assists with supporting market senior and department leadership with overall financial accountability in achieving approved budget targets.Assists with researching, analyzing and summarizing market financial performance, including budget vs. actual and trended variance analysis for all statistical, revenue and expense accounts.
