Staff working in ICU will encounter a variety of nursing needs from stroke, post-op neurosurgery, ventricular drains, abdominal pressure monitoring, CRRT to hypothermia. Job Duties: The ICU nurse assesses and identifies patient needs and implements appropriate interventions for the patient.
