Das ist dein Job Für die Trocknung und Vernetzung von Nitrilhandschuhen entwickeln wir mehrzonige, kontinuierlich betriebene Ofensysteme. Du verantwortest deren thermische und mechanische Auslegung. Deine Aufgaben Du konzipierst Industrieöfen, Heiz- und Umluftzonen sowie Luftführungs- und Düsensysteme. Du sorgst für eine gleichmäßige Temperatur- und Geschwindigkeitsverteilung. Du berechnest Wärmebedarf, Druckverluste und thermische Ausdehnungen. Du entwickelst Ofengehäuse, Dämmungen, Türen, Inspektionsöffnungen und Wartungszugänge. Du integrierst Brenner, Wärmetauscher, Ventilatoren, Abluft und Wärmerückgewinnung. Du bewertest CFD-Ergebnisse und setzt sie konstruktiv um. Du berücksichtigst Brandschutz, Kondensatbildung, Energieeffizienz und Instandhaltung.…
