Das ist dein Job Du entwickelst die Nassprozessmodule unserer Produktionslinie für Nitril-Einmalhandschuhe – von Handmodellreinigung und Koagulantbad bis zu NBR-Tauchbecken und Waschstufen. Deine Aufgaben Du konstruierst Tauch-, Wasch- und Prozessbecken sowie zugehörige Gestelle und Einhausungen. Du entwickelst Lösungen für Umwälzung, Überlauf, Entleerung, Probenahme und Reinigung. Du definierst mechanische Schnittstellen zu Pumpen, Rohrleitungen, Düsen, Sensorik und Medienversorgung. Du wählst geeignete Werkstoffe, Dichtungen und Oberflächen aus. Du vermeidest konstruktiv Toträume, Ablagerungen, Schaum- und Partikelansammlungen. Du entwickelst wartungs- und reinigungsfreundliche Baugruppen. Du berücksichtigst Schweißverzug und Fertigungstoleranzen großer Edelstahlkonstruktionen.…
