About this role
The Intermodal Coordinator Dispatch (ICD) is responsible for managing US based city drivers as they relate to the intermodal business segment. The ICD will plan and dispatch city drivers throughout the US network and will be expected to manage his/her fleet to meet expected LOS. The ICD is expected to uphold Bison’s policies and procedures while managing drivers, drayage providers, and equipment. Specific Responsibilities include: Dispatch and Driver Relations: Planning and assigning US city drivers each day, verbally verifying load assignments, and ensuring drivers have the information they need ahead of time in order to complete each assignment safely, and within service requirements.…
