About this role

As a Senior Software Developer at Harris ERP, you write and review code every week, make sound architectural calls, and help lead a small team, including local and overseas developers, as we continue investing in and evolving our offerings. This role reports directly to the VP of Research & Development and works closely with product, QA, TechOps and other teams across the Harris ERP portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES Hands-On Engineering: Develop and execute strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Customer Support department, aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
