About Alcova Alcova is the AI adoption and safety company for wealth management. The models are already capable of doing a large share of the operational work inside a professional services firm. What holds firms back is that they are not set up for AI to act on their behalf, with clear boundaries and oversight, inside the processes and systems they already run. Getting a firm into that state is organisational and engineering work in equal measure. We build the software layer that lets AI operate inside a firm and we work alongside the firm on the organisational change that goes with it.
