A DAY IN THE LIFE This position plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and administration of prevailing wage and union wage processes at Blattner. The role involves comprehensive collaboration with Labor Relations, Payroll, Human Resources, IRA department and Site Teams to ensure adherence to prevailing wage and union wage requirements. Key responsibilities include researching and resolving issues, training, and educating site teams and Avon departments on prevailing wage and union wage compliance standards along with creating and maintaining essential documentation and file management to facilitate program administration.…
