About this role

Scope: Support customer and trading partner onboarding for supply chain and transportation solutions, coordinating onboarding activities from initiation through completion. This role works directly with customers and global cross-functional teams to manage onboarding plans, integration coordination, communications, risks, and overall delivery. What you’ll do: Work within the IST time zone and willing to work overnight shifts aligned to U.S. business hours to support Independently deliver complex onboarding projects against milestones and timelines. Drive customers, suppliers/carriers, and cross-functional teams toward delivery. Anticipate and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
