Job Description Boyd Thermal by Eaton is seeking a Metal Hauler in our Allenton, WI location. Primary Function: The Furnace & Material Handling Operator ( Metal Hauler) is a member of Boyd Thermal by Eaton’s Die Casting Team and a key member of the Furnace Department. The primary responsibility of this position is transporting metal and related materials to supply the foundry with molten metal. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, prioritizes tasks, able to work independently and maintains a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is highly skilled at operating a forklift. Adaptability and a team-oriented mindset are crucial as you contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing goals.
