Job Description This Global Vice President, Services, will define and execute Boyd Thermal’s global services strategy, building a scalable organization, service portfolio, and operating model that supports customers across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. As a member of the leadership team, the role owns global services growth, operational performance, customer experience, and profitability, overseeing the full lifecycle services business including commissioning, maintenance, remote monitoring, upgrades, spare parts, training, and service agreements. Success requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can build teams, drive execution, ensure safety and quality, and deliver a consistent global customer experience while leveraging Eaton’s broader capabilities.…
