Full Time, On Site Boys Town is seeking a collaborative and mission focused Chief Medical Officer to provide strategic clinical leadership and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the hospital and clinics. What You’ll Do: Serve on the hospital senior executive leadership team, to develop and implement strategic plans. Coordinate the functions of the medical staff and assist in the implementation and enforcement of the hospital bylaws and policies. Provide organization and system leadership for assigned medical initiatives of strategic importance to the organization, developing recommendations and business plans.
