Provides pastoral guidance to the youth within the Boys Town community, demonstrates a strong pastoral presence that fosters unity among religions, and serves as a spiritual role model on campus. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Provides safe and effective services Adheres to policies related to safety and boundaries with service recipients. Attends safety and abuse risk management training as assigned. Adheres to procedures related to managing high-risk activities and supervising service recipients. Reports suspicious or inappropriate behaviors and policy violations. Follows mandated abuse reporting requirements. Provides pastoral guidance to youth Works as part of the multi-faith pastoral team to minister to the youth at Boys Town. Practices the methodology of multi-faith ministry.…
