Job Summary: In a career as an Inpatient Pharmacist, you join us in providing life-changing care to patients from across the region. In this role, you will ensure safe, accurate and appropriate use of medications. Evaluate prescribers' orders for dosing, allergies and contraindications. Participate in medication ordering, preparation, dispensing, and outcome assessment. Schedule: Part-Time; 20 hours a week, Day shifts are 6:00 AM–4:30 PM and evening shifts are 11:30 AM–10:00 PM. Every fourth weekend from 7:00 AM–7:00 PM. Holiday requirement includes one minor and one major holiday.
