What will you do as HR Advisor/Recruiter at Travis Road Services? As HR Advisor/Recruiter you are the all-round HR professional in Travis Road Services's small HR team consisting of an HR manager, an HR officer (24 hours/week) and a part-time interim recruiter (20 hours/week). You combine two areas: HR operations (including payroll input) and end-to-end recruitment. You support employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, from the first intake for a vacancy to the last working day. Run end-to-end recruitment: intake with hiring managers, sourcing, interviews, candidate communication, ATS administration and the signed offer.
