About this role

Make an impact As Tax Counsel, you will play a critical role in supporting the Real Estate platform by providing practical tax guidance across complex real estate transactions, fund formations, and investment structures. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will partner closely with investment, asset management, legal, and tax colleagues to evaluate tax considerations, help structure transactions, and support efficient outcomes across acquisitions, dispositions, refinancings, recapitalizations, and fund initiatives.
