Make an Impact By owning and optimizing the organization's voice communications and mobile device infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable Microsoft Teams Phone services, telephony systems, and company-provided mobile devices while supporting business operations and enhancing the end-user experience across the organization. Expectations for the Role Administer and manage Microsoft Teams Phone users, phone numbers, calling policies, Direct Routing environments, SIP trunk connections, and Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
