SUMMARY: Reporting to the Manager, HR Service Delivery & Strategic Initiatives, the HR Operations Specialist focuses on managing HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities may include participating in audits/regulatory surveys, processing HR transactions, analyzing HR data, running audits, identifying and implementing HR system process improvements, and recommending or providing feedback on HR policies and procedures.
