SUMMARY: Under the supervision of a Registered Physician, performs several medical procedures, including pre, intra and post-operative management of patients, assistance with surgical procedures, wound care, and others. Writes admission, pre-operative and post-operative orders for patient care that must be countersigned by a physician. Reports directly to the Manager of the OR and Director of Perioperative services.
