SUMMARY: The Brown University Health Credentialed Trainer (CT) reports to the EPIC Training Manager and the EPIC Project Director. Under general supervision, serves to facilitate and manage Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) training. Delivers end-user training and go-live support for a particular Epic application module. Serves as the primary form of Brown University Health support and provides ongoing support and training to the end user.
