SO SIEHT DEIN AUFGABENBEREICH AUS: Bei allen Fragen zu Produkt- oder Vertragsinformationen berätst du innerhalb eines Service-Teams unsere Kunden kompetent und freundlich am Telefon oder per E-Mail Die Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen über unser elektronisches Ticketsystem Du pflegst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen, baust neue durch telefonische Ansprache auf und bist Ansprechpartner in allen Fragen rund um unsere Produkte DEIN PROFIL: Du bist kommunikativ und möchtest Berufserfahrung sammeln Du verfügst über Knowhow im Umgang mit Kunden oder bist bereit, dich intensiv in das Thema einzuarbeiten Du möchtest neben deinem Studium zwischen 12 und 20 Stunden pro Woche arbeiten DAS BIETEN WIR DIR: 14,70€ Stundenlohn Supermodernes Büro und Pausenraum mit riesigen Sitzsäcken, Tablets und Playstation B…
