Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all lease-up operations, from pre-leasing through stabilized occupancy. Develop and execute strategic leasing plans to meet aggressive absorption goals. Oversee and actively participate in apartment showings, prospect follow-ups, and broker relations. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing leasing team; establish clear performance benchmarks and accountability. Partner with the marketing team to optimize advertising strategies and drive qualified traffic.
