Core Responsibilities: Financial Oversight & Operations: Supervise General Ledger, AP, AR, and Job Costing processes. Investigate and resolve any AR and AP issues that arise. Prepare monthly closing reports and supporting documentation. Policy & Procedure Development: Recommend and establish policies for the company’s financial and business practices. Process Improvement: Implement and maintain effective processes to enhance the close and reporting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
