About this role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering execution of a product pod. This role is the technical counterpart to the pod owner (product owner), responsible for ensuring features are delivered with high quality, sound technical decisions, and predictable timelines. You will bridge product and engineering by reviewing requirements, guiding technical decisions, driving engineering best practices, and ensuring the team delivers scalable, maintainable software. This role replaces the traditional Project Manager within the pod. A pod is a small, cross-functional team with end-to-end ownership of a specific business domain or product area.
