About this role
We are looking for an Integration Specialist who can act as the technical bridge between our customers and internal Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Experience teams. This is a customer-facing technical role for someone who communicates exceptionally well, enjoys solving problems, and has enough technical depth to understand integrations, troubleshoot issues, and work effectively with developers. Key Responsibilities Own technical and integration-related customer queries end-to-end, from initial acknowledgement through resolution. Understand customer requirements and translate them into clear technical requirements and actionable next steps.
