About this role
⠀ As the Training Manager , you will be responsible for the supervision and delivery of flight training activities across your assigned simulator fleet and training region at our London Gatwick Training Centre in Crawley . Reporting to the Manager Training Services, you will ensure training operations are delivered safely, effectively, and in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, approved training manuals, customer requirements, and CAE standards.
