About this role
As the MPL Training Manager , you will play a pivotal role in delivering CAE's flagship Multi-Crew Pilot Licence (MPL) and easyJet training programmes at our London Gatwick Training Centre in Crawley. Responsible for the safe, compliant, and effective delivery of training activities, you will ensure programmes are delivered in line with applicable ATO approvals, approved manuals, syllabi, SOPs, customer requirements, and CAE training standards. Reporting to the Manager Training Services (MTS), you will work closely with the Head of Training, CFI/Standards function, Training Management and Administration teams, customer airline representatives, and colleagues across the CAE network to deliver an exceptional training experience and support the development of future airline pilots.…
