Responsibilities Operates passenger elevator for daily bell groups, client meetings, VIP guest visits, executive officers Must be able to interact on a professional level with clients, executives, VIP’s, etc. Must be able to understand and interpret elevator schedules and room reservation schedules in order to supply information and direct guests to proper location throughout building. Sets up and arranges chairs, other pieces of furniture and special equipment required for all conference rooms and events rooms on the 6 th , 7 th , 8 th and 17 th floors. Performs daily cleaning at assigned work areas at 11 Wall and 18 Broad Street. Responds to special service calls or emergencies resulting from spillage, breakage, leakage, flooding, etc.…
