Position Overview Ready to help bring the next generation of International trucks from engineering into production? The New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer plays a critical role in preparing International’s San Antonio manufacturing facility for new products, engineering changes, and production launches across assembly and fabrication operations. You’ll serve as a key connection between Product Engineering and Manufacturing, turning product designs into production-ready processes. From developing manufacturing processes and layouts to leading readiness reviews, pilot builds, tooling implementation, and launch activities, you’ll help ensure new products are ready to build safely, efficiently, and at scale.…
