Job Requirements Planning and executing specific runs, setting up machines accordingly, monitoring workflow to assure quality and following procedures to handle equipment failures. Providing guidance and training to junior/new operators to enable them to operate the manufacturing machines and ensure efficient operations to produce quality output.
