About this role

This role delivers functional and integrative medicine care focused on identifying and addressing the root causes of chronic and complex conditions. The APRN performs comprehensive intakes, orders and interprets standard and advanced labs, and builds personalized, phased treatment plans across nutrition, lifestyle, supplementation, hormones, and targeted therapies. Functional or integrative medicine training is preferred, but candidates who are eager to learn are encouraged to apply. We will train and sponsor relevant trainings for the right person.…
