About this role
POSITION / PURPOSE : Manage tenant coordinators and all activities related to tenant design and construction. PRINCIPAL JOB ACTIVITIES: Support Leasing Agents with preliminary tenant space layout drawings, conceptual building elevations, and conceptual storefront designs. Review tenant leases to determine Landlord’s work obligations, and to provide cost estimates for such work. Accomplish Landlord’s work obligations and to work with tenant design and construction personnel to achieve on-time store openings. Track all tenant information from initial letter of intent through payment of tenant allowance after tenant opens. Review tenant drawings, material submittals, etc. and submit comments to architects, general contractors, and tenant.…
