Job Mission: The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading talent acquisition strategies and recruitment operations to support CHAGEE Korea’s rapid business expansion. This role focuses on building scalable retail talent pipelines, strengthening hiring quality, and supporting workforce readiness across store operations while contributing to employer branding and long-term organizational growth.
