Deine Aufgaben Du entwickelst die Produktion bei uns strategisch und operativ weiter: Prozesse, Standards, Setups. Du übernimmst als Skill Lead die persönliche und fachliche Verantwortung für das Produktionsteam, entwickelst Kolleg*innen weiter und sorgst für einen verlässlichen Qualitätsstandard. Du verantwortest ausgewählte Produktionen selbst als Producer*in und stellst sicher, dass Idee, Qualität, Timing und Budget zusammenpassen. Du konzipierst und verantwortest unser AI-enabled Production System: Du wählst den passenden Stack aus und führst ihn gemeinsam mit unserem internen AI-Team in die Produktion über. An welcher Stelle es Sinn macht liegt dabei ganz bei dir. Du kalkulierst Fixpreisproduktionen, schützt die Marge und entscheidest, wo das Budget den größten Unterschied macht.…
