SUMMARY OF ROLE Establish and maintain strong working relationships with senior underwriting staff, including CUO, Head of Insurance, Head of Reinsurance and Head of Partnerships, in order to ensure an effective three-way engagement between trading partners, underwriters and the distribution team Own Chaucer’s key broker relationships and management of partnership agreements Lead and manage the Distribution team Support Global Head of Distribution in the development, communication, and execution of the distribution strategy, consistent with overall Chaucer Group strategy Target and support business development initiatives across the Group Promote and apply greater use of data to manage broker performance and acquisition costs, including continual development of associated technical capabil…
