■ ABOUT THE ROLE
Cheiron 한국 Biz팀은 국내 제약/바이오 기업을 대상으로 신규 고객 확보와 파트너십을 빠르게 확장하고 있습니다. 그 과정에서 컨퍼런스·전시 참가와 파트너십 개발이 신규 채널 확보의 핵심 축으로 커지고 있고, 이 활동을 통해 쌓이는 고객 인터뷰와 시장 데이터가 Biz팀 전체의 판단 속도를 좌우하는 자산이 되고 있습니다.
이 역할은 Senior AE가 신규 로고 헌팅과 딜 클로징에 온전히 집중할 수 있도록 컨퍼런스·파트너십 운영을 전담하는 동시에, 그 과정에서 쌓이는 고객·경쟁·생태계 정보를 Biz팀 전체가 바로 활용할 수 있는 자산으로 만드는 자리입니다. 이렇게 정리된 인텔리전스를 바탕으로 최종 판단과 클로징은 Senior AE와 한국사업총괄이 이어받는 구조로, 두 역할이 손발을 맞춰 움직입니다.
