JOB SUMMARY: The Groups & Care Coordinator provides leadership and direction for the Groups & Care ministry at the Boca Raton campus. This individual shepherds and leads group leaders, class facilitators, coaches, and volunteers while cultivating a healthy culture of spiritual growth, prayer, pastoral care, leadership development, and group multiplication. The ideal candidate will demonstrate one or more of the following spiritual gifts: leadership, discernment, exhortation, teaching, and pastor/shepherd.
