JOB SUMMARY: The Groups & Care Director provides leadership, direction, and oversight for the Groups & Care ministry at the Royal Palm Beach campus. This individual shepherds and leads the campus Groups & Care staff, group leaders, class facilitators, coaches, and volunteer teams while cultivating a healthy culture of spiritual growth, prayer, care, leadership development, and group multiplication. The ideal candidate will demonstrate one or more of the following spiritual gifts: leadership, discernment, exhortation, teaching, and pastor/shepherd.
