Job Details We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Food Service Sanitation Assistant I to support the daily sanitation and ware washing operations within our Food and Nutrition Services department. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment through efficient operation of dishwashing equipment, pot washing, waste removal, and adherence to infection prevention and food safety standards. Rotating Shifts: 6:30am - 3pm, 7am - 3:30pm, 10:30am - 7pm, 3pm - 9pm Key Responsibilities Ware Washing & Sanitation Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and ware washing equipment according to established procedures.
