We are seeking a hands-on IT professional to manage and support our Microsoft infrastructure, cloud services, endpoints, and network environment. The ideal candidate can troubleshoot across multiple technologies and own day-to-day operations, security, and infrastructure improvements. Key responsibilities Maintain reliable and secure server, cloud, endpoint, and network services. Diagnose and resolve issues across identity, devices, applications, and connectivity.
