Position Purpose The Operations Manager is responsible for driving consistent, efficient and scalable execution across installation operations. This role leads operational planning, sales forecast, capacity and resource planning and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure installation teams deliver projects safely, on time and within budget. This role works closely with sales, project management, engineering, procurement, finance and field installation teams. The Operations Manager ensures that forecasted sales opportunities are converted into actionable operational plans; identifies risks and constraints early; and improves operating processes to support profitable growth and customer satisfaction.…
