About this role

Cint is moving from AI experimentation to enterprise-wide AI-enabled operating change. The next phase is not about adding more tools or running isolated pilots. It is about helping functions change how work happens: where humans lead, where AI assists, where AI automates, and where autonomous AI can safely operate. As AI Workflow Transformation Lead, you will work with teams across Cint to identify, shape, deliver and embed AI-enabled improvements. You will help turn business priorities and operational pain points into better workflows, smarter practices and measurable improvements in how work gets done.
